My complaint:
I booked a hotel that clearly showed on the booking.com website that the Spa and pool are available to all guests only to be emailed after i paid in advance that the hotel was under construction and no facilities are available and the hotel is having extensive building works, i was not given the option to rebook somewhere else as they would not refund despite the false and incorrect advertising
in Booking.com s rules it states that the hotel should update the details available on your shared file
