Booking.com complaint: no room was actually booked!

My complaint:

I booked a stay thru booking.com, when I arrived at the hotel, there was no booking as they were totally booked up. I did not get to stay at the hotel and was a waste of my time to go there. Had to find another place to stay in another town!

Suggested solution:

give me a credit for a night stay somewhere else
