My complaint:
I Booked my Daughter into Ocean Lodge on 30th August 2021. Paying £187.00 for 4 Nights. But due to other Guest Shouting, Swearing, Stamping around ALL Night, She was unable to get any Sleep.
Next day she was on a Bus Driving Course, She needed her sleep.
Because of the Rowdy Noise all night, I was forced to find her alternative accommodation, Receipt Ref. 347.356.688.
Suggested solution:
I demand a FULL Refund of my £187.00
