My complaint:
I booked 2 rooms for a stay on August11. I did so on August 10. When I arrived at the hotel, I did not have a reservation. I contacted booking.cm and was told I booked the room for. august 10, the night before. When I told them they were wrong, they said that it was up to the hotel to refund my money. The hotel manager said the money was still with booking.com. I contacted booking.com again and arranged for them to speak with the hotel management. The hotel manager told me the person at booking refused to work with her. End result: I have no refund for the booked rooms I never used.
Suggested solution:
Booking.com should give me a refund.
