I canceled my first reservation in Hotel Labranda Targa Aqua Parc (ation number 2637.315.141). when checking my credit card I found out: the amount charged was 330.5 Euro (505.62 CAD) and Refunded 330.5 Euro (479.17 CAD). Can you please explain the difference (505.62-479.17)?
As it was noted, it’s free the cancelation!
if your answer is conversion Euro to CAD, I booked on the same date 29 August when I canceled my first reservation, and the rate EuroCAD (1.529) you charged me is higher than the refund rate (1.449). waiting for your answer, please.

give an explanation, and return back the difference charged when canceling (26.45 CAD)
