On July 22, 2021, I canceled my booking 3877358965 through Booking.com. On September 11th, I was charged $141.57 and $25.00 for Lodging. Why am I paying for a booking that was supposed to be canceled two months ago? I even have a copy of the cancelation ation e-mail.
Booking.com must clarify with Raddisson that the booking was canceled and charges need to be reversed on the credit card. If not resolved, I will never use Booking.com again and will dispute the charge on my credit card.
