My complaint:
There was a fire in the Hotel on the 7th August and we were evacuated – for atleast 2 hours we were left outside just stranded, it was only a customer that told us what was going on, it was really quite dangerous as no one even checked that we had left the room.
The main bar was open however we were not invited to sit in there, we were left outside in the cold and rain having left everything in the room
Suggested solution:
There was a lady called Ellie who at the end said we could have a free meal the next day - however the next morning when I approached her and asked her about breakfast she said they dont do breakfast.
I am asking for a refund on my nights stay at this Hotel
