My complaint:

My complaint is, we were unable to arrive at our hotel due to Spirit Airlines cancelling our flight on August 5th 2021 during their operations issues that cancelled hundreds of flights. I spent over 5 hours, and 12 phone calls, going back and forth with booking.com and the hotel over who could issue a refund. This was not as though we didn’t just show up, WE COULDN’T GET THERE. I have been transferred all over the place, and now just hung up on.

Basically taking money out of peoples pockets.

Suggested solution:

Refund me the hotel cost of $1244.81
