My name is Julia Abdelfatah. I am writing to inform you for my bad experience in Travelodge by Wyndham Suites Virginia Beach

This letter is about the poor condition of the roomhotel I booked from your website.
I chose this property after reviewing your website which portrays a completely different picture compared to reality.
The bathroomtoilet and room were not cleaned.
The mattress on the sofa was wet and my grandkids (12 and 13 years old) must sleep with us (my husband and me). At the reception I have been told that they do not have mattress to exchange the wet one.
There is mold in the room which provoke my grandkid allergy..
This vacation was a present for my grandkids and was ruined.
I expect my complaint to be taken seriously, I have the documentationimages to prove my complaint.
I did not pay for that you provided me and will be very thankful to refunddiscount.
Please let me know how you will handle the reported issue.
