My complaint:
My family stated at the Hampton Inn, Hampton-Newport News, VA from 72921 to 8121. For two rooms, the quoted booking.com rate was $1,196.04. On the day of check out, I asked for a receipt and was refused. My credit card now shows that I was changed $1,326, being $663 per room and not local fees. My email to Hampton Inn has gone unanswered.
Suggested solution:
Booking.com should direct the Hampton Inn to honor the booking.com rate and issue a refund.
