My complaint:

Booked the Grand Hotel Resort for April 1-3 through booking.com. Arrived there on the April 1st. Around 9 or 10 pm went to bed. Felt as if something had bit me under the covers. Pulled the covers back and found a bed bug. I became frantic. I then took a picture. He was full of blood. I took the picture to check-in desk and showed itto the person. I immediately checked out. Did not stay not 1 night. I called booking.com the next day and told them what happened. They told me I could not get my money back ($253). Because booking was non-refundable. I feel this is so unfair. This is not your normal cancellation, I had no control of what happened. I just want my money back for a no stay.

Suggested solution:

Refund me my $253.
