Booking.com complaint: Cancelling reservation within less than 24h of my checkin right

My complaint:

I had a reservation for a hotel in Berlin, and checked in at 8am on next day, within less than 24h of my check in right and before the check out time. The hotel decided a no show, without informing, without any right of refund. Nowhere in the booking there was information about what is no-show definition…if i do not cancel a reservation, at least my first night should be considered valid as it is my right to check in during it. There was no information that the check in window is limited in time…this is against my consummer rights.

Suggested solution:

By full refund. I tried to check in during first night check in, no room was reserved neither i could use the room at all.
