My complaint:
Both taxis were full of cigarette smoke it was highly uncomfortable as we are none smokers we had no choice to ride as we were in a country we didn’t know,the first taxi driver was dangerous overtaking and we were frightened the return journey was a better standard of driving but the whole van was full of cigarette smoke and we had no choice to ride as we were going to the airport for our flight the whole experience was absolutely horrendous and booking.com want to give back 25% again a total insult to our health and safety
