My complaint:
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the recent cancellation of my booking at your hotel (Fully furnished room for rent in Märsta), Booking Reference Number: 4014.604.800, and your refusal to issue a refund as per the terms of the booking.
On January 2, 2024, I made a reservation for a room at Fully furnished room for rent in Märsta for 1 night throgh Booking.com. As per the terms, I arrived at the property at 18:30 and called the caretaker/owner, who refused to open the property and forced me to book another hotel, promising a full refund. Unfortunately, the property canceled the reservation and denied the refund.

Evnthoght I have reported them immedietely, They didn't given any resolution in this case.
