Booking.com complaint: Support Call Personal keep making stuff up different from their website

My complaint:

I got message that I will be upgraded to level 2.
However after week nothing happen, I had call support

First they disconnected my call, second call when on no response after 1 hour on the phone.

They said only after 2 years the upgrade but website says within.

then they said only stays which website says stays and car rental.

lots of BS.

Suggested solution:

email or contact myself.
