My complaint:

I recently checked into THE SILKEN AL-ANDALUS hotel on 24/3/24. I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered during my stay.
Upon checking in, I was informed by the reception staff that my accommodation booking did not include breakfast. However, I would like to express my certainty that my booking through Booking.com explicitly included breakfast. As a parent traveling with small children, it is essential for me to have breakfast included in my reservation, and I would not have made the booking otherwise.
This discrepancy has caused me considerable stress and inconvenience, as it is essential for me to ensure that my children are adequately provided for during our stay. I want to bring to your attention that I have already contacted Booking.com regarding this matter for assistance, but unfortunately, I have not received a timely response from them. As a result, I have incurred additional expenses for breakfast and transportation for my family to go out for meals. I trust that your establishment values customer satisfaction and will take the necessary steps to rectify this situation ly.
Please find attached a screenshot of my booking , which clearly states that breakfast was included in my reservation. I kindly request that you investigate this matter further and rectify the situation accordingly. I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to your resolution. Should you require any further information or clarification from my end.

Suggested solution:

Pay for my expense as I have call and emailed them an advance to rectify but nothing been done about it
