My complaint:

We rented a car in advance, we payed. Arriving there it has turned out that we are not able to manage it because they asked a deposit of 2600 euros. What is incredible! On the contract was 1500 euros.
We had 2 credit cards but he did not allow tuo use both.

The administrator was very unfriendly, inhospitable. After an hour we left the car there and we had to rent it from another place.
Since than I wrote 2 complain letters- NO ANSWER

It’s a big disappointment. What is sure, we never use bboking.com again but WE WANT BACK OUR MONEY!
