My complaint:
I have booked 3 bed room flat in Barcelona. First issue we arrived on time 3 pm and the flat was not clean and cleaning was still going on.
2nd which is more important 2 rooms out of free has large windows both has no curtains and when I called the manager team first response was sorry it’s weekend we can’t do anything for you and I comained to booking…. Bla Bla.. At the end the send a man with complete transparent very thin curtains from IKEA!!!.. Like a joke
And the issue still.. I left the property and I had to strugle finding a place for my family
Latele they send an email that it will be fixed on a date that would 2 night from my booking date
Still I raise the issue to booking nothing.. Nothing.. Jut wards.. And still they r refusing refund
Was it my issue or the flat owner problem and carelessness!?
Suggested solution:
At least a Redfund although I think I need compansation refund for what me and my family passed through.
