Booking.com complaint: False information about apt.

My complaint:

Today, my wife with two daughters reserved apartment in Edinburgh. After 20 mins after reservation my girls came to property and found super dirty slums nothing similar to advertised property. They left immediately. After my call to booking.com call center and spent over 2 hours of speaking with super rude supervisor-Jenny (talk with her 16.06 around 23:50) I had a promise to refund 50% of my money only from the property owner! They providing advertising scam property and do not take any responsibility for that. EVERYONE can got this surprise and there is anything what can save our money and card details. NOTHING. Because of them three girls left alone in Edinburgh, Friday evening without sleeping place! This is completely unacceptable in the civilized country. Is there anything what I can do with it? Anything?

They did anything! Sent message to property and because I spoke with owner of this slums he said he will refund 50% to me!
