My complaint:
I booked this place in January 2023 and due to a family emergency l requested to change the dates. l paid a deposit of USD316 PLUS bank charges of USD30, total USD346. This all happened in March 2023. Initial travel dates were during easter and l requested to change to August 2023.
The host agreed to look for an alternative place for my new dates.
On 26 june l requested from host the new details of the promised property and a response came a day later saying could not find a place and will have to refund. She requested my banking details and l gave her on 27 June. On 3 July l followed up and no response. l followed up on 5 july again no response just to find out progress with my refund. Prior messages before all this have been responded to ly but now getting blueticked. I have attached a whatsapp transcript of our communication

Just pay back as promised.
