My complaint:

I have been trying to get a reversal done to my bank account.
There were 2 amounts that were deducted from my account 27/06/2023:
• Amount: R3007,52
• Reference: BKGHotel at Booki
• Amount: R2552,52
• Reference: BKGHotel at Booki
The amount of R3007,52 was deducted incorrectly and needs to be refunded as there was no booking for that
I have advised Booking.com and they sent me an email
And as per the email, they require screenshots of the transaction, however the amount has not been banked by their offices and this needs to happen before it reflects on the statements.
I have been sending follow ups and no response yet
Please assist urgently
