My complaint:
I ask them to name correction and they ask me to pay for changing, I paid them. I called them about result and they say it will done within 24hr or 48hr. No result shows. When I call them again n again all they can say is wait it is processing. Nothing is happening now. They take the money and didn’t do anything. No process, unprofessional services, disappointing and disrespectful
Suggested solution:
I need to hear what they have did and I need result
