Booking.com complaint: A serious error in requesting a host family

My complaint:

Dear Sir,

Let me introduce myself, my name is Shimon Krengel.
I am the head of the family,and the main reason for the family trip (70th birthday) that almost broke down due to the unsuccessful opening data.
We are a big family of 15 people coming from Israel (with children from 1 to 14 years old) who purchased cabins at the Toparken park between the dates 29.06.2023 – 07.09.2023 – in Holland in the area of GARDEREN,.
It is important to emphasize that the order was made through BOOKING and for THAT REASON we see BOOKING as the address responsible for everything that will be described later.
Event Description :
We announced in advance that we would arrive late at night. The flight attendant all the clearance procedures at the airport the car rental took a long time. Again I mention that we were with small children. We actually arrived at the resort at 11 at night. Very tired.
Total darkness on the site. We started call and call. ON THE RECETION NOBODY WAS ANSWRING.

We stayed standing there in the middle of the night with small children until 12:30 at night. All the hotels in the area were full.
The next day when we returned to the site we were told in the reception.
1) … but we left the keys in the closet outside for you… ( how could we know)
2) Yes, in the morning we noticed that you tried to call many times but (and now ay pay attention!!!!) The guard said he was very tired and fell sleep.
3) During the day, towards noon, we approached the same guard who, without being ashamed, admitted that he drank a little too much and fell asleep.
We absolutely demand
1) First, a credit for the night not spent on the site
2) Adequate compensation for the lack of care, answers, lack of consideration, heartache (there are not enough words in the dictionary to describe the night we spent… of course including the children)

We turn to BOOKING, but of course we see also responsibility from the site management, who even during the current week did not see fit to refer to our claims and continued with the same policy.

PD – It is important to emphasis that I wrote twice to Booking and never get even one answer like we are cheeking the problem

Suggested solution:

We are talking about a whole family with small children who stood up for two hours at night just because the guard was sleeping!!!
We deserve a very adequate compensation
