My complaint:

I was booked at the Creole Gardens Guesthouse and Inn from October 28th – November 3rd of 2020. The Hurricane hit and they had to cancel our reservation. They also said they would refund the $663. 74 we were charged. It has been 6 months and no refund. I contacted booking.com and finally got a hold of some one by phone. I sent them the information they requested and they told me I would have a refund within 5 days. It has been about a month and no refund. Now they have cancelled the reservation and pin so I can not reach them.

Suggested solution:

I need a refund.
