My complaint:

We arrived at the Balmoral Hotel on Wednesday 20th July to book in and found that the hotel was closed for business and had been since Saturday 16th July due to the staff walking out for non payment of wages. Tried ringing the hotel on the 20th and today the 21st with no answer so we had to drive 5hours home. The money was taken out of my bank account on the 16th July when we said we would pay on arrival.

Suggested solution:

.We would like to receive our money back for a holiday that was ruined by the closure of the hotel
