My complaint:

We slept at the property on the 11th June, we were told that Booking com had double booked us so the poor lady had to give us the one room she had left. The complaint is not about the accommodation mix up. The room booked had its own bathroom, this one we had, we had to go via the landing to use the shower and toilet, which is not acceptable. the bed was so small for two adults, I had to sleep with the back against the wall as the bed was pressed up against it, I woke up in the night in pain with back issues. I had asked for a hairdryer but none was supplied so I wasn’t able to wash properly. I have tried to explain to the customers services just how upset I was after the visit but they didn’t want to help
