My complaint:
I made a booking for pumba lodge in nelspruit in June 2023, we couldn’t go so I canceled within time not to be charge. On 15th December booking.com took a payment of R1960 I found out that a second booking took place for the same lodge by an email address that doesn’t belong to me. I have phoned booking.com number of times and no one can help me. I have asked them to investigate and come back to me, however there is no response. Booking no. 2857578139, I don’t have a pin because the email address it was done under doesn’t belong to me.
Suggested solution:
Please return the money that was taken.
