My complaint:

I booked one night On May 29 -May 30 , 2021
The one night rate was $151.42. which I paid with my Visa Card.
Upon checking my bank records , I was charged $151.42 $151.42
We checked in on time and checked out on time.
I was told to wait 14 days and file the complaint.
Suggested solution:
Remove one $151.42 charge from my bank card
