My complaint:
A zoom user hacks my personal bank account monthly
I have changed debit cards 4 times in three months yet my account gets charged from Las Vegas 114.00 each month
I’m a 74 year old widow in a assisted living facility and I only have a i phone no computer. No grandchildren in the area. It has cost me several hundred dollars to notify my creditors as to why my payment won’t post but it’s because the bank issues a new debit card the old won’t work can you help me by blocking my account from your end
Suggested solution:
Block my personal account and bank info so this hacker will stop using my bank account
