My complaint:

I have a samsung galaxy tab a6
I join the metting held by my coaching mentors when the class start, my mentor’s voice crack and the video also get frizz even though my net speed is fast
Whenever i message the zoom support it say we(bot) need email id and when i enter my email id, it say we(bot) need host key to verify ,when i enter the host key it says you have acces to online resources when i said it that i wanna talk to supporting staff it says ang the same the thing

Suggested solution:

When i join the metting there should be proper voice and video
