My complaint:
I have been paying over 15$ an month for extended meeting times for my meetings with clients and classes and I have been having meetings with this extension but three times in the past months, my sessions have been halted after only 40 minutes. Especially in my therapy sessions, this has created problematic interruptions to the process. I have lodged some written complaints before with no response
Suggested solution:
I would hope someone would call me at 203-452-7670 to discuss this issue before I end my contract and other browsers.
