My complaint:
We were using zoom for conducting the classes and there was some problem arises from one user ID. Whom we have sent him the Meeting ID and the Code. They have accepted but the person whose ID was used he says that he was not using that ID at the moment and even he says he doesn’t know. It seems that someone has hacked his ID and misused and misbehaving with our teacher and threatening her. That user was not using the video he was using only the audio. Is there any way out to find out their location, device they were using, IP numbers or anything else so that we can locate them. If so please can you and your team help us. We want to find out who was that person disturb in the class and threatening our teacher. Thank you.
