My complaint:
To share a Zoom webinar recording from the cloud, you are able to select whether or not the viewers must register and whether or not they can download the recording. I have used these settings but when people go to access, they are not required to register and they are allowed to download the recording. I have submitted this issue to Zoom and their response is to send me screenshots telling me to do what I have already done. I have asked them to go into my account and see what happens for themselves but now I just get a In the midst of COVID -19 response times will be delayed over and over and over again. I have gone back to using GoToWebinar because of this. But I paid for a year subscription to Zoom Webinar which I have decided must be beta.
Suggested solution:
Fix the feature or give me back my $400 paid for an annual subscription.
