My complaint:

On Saturday 25th July 2020, I opened my browser and followed the necessary steps to upgrade my zoom account.
The charged fee was deducted from my bank account but my zoom account did not upgrade. It still remains in the free version mode.

Suggested solution:

I wish there is a refund of the money into my bank account. Or my account should be upgraded to a Pro Version.
