My complaint:
Support ticket 6281299 was lodged on June 17th on paid for one year Pro account. Cannot sign into Zoom account with password or using Google account. Locked out of my account.
All they have to do is reset the account for me to sign-in using mya password. Shouldn’t take someone at Zoom more than 5 minutes to do!
Suggested solution:
Reset the account to sign-in with password: hannes.enslin.1@gmail.com
Credit me for the 6 weeks I paid for but could not use the service and was forced to open another month to month Zoom Pro account and thus pay double for the service: hannes@jendustries.co.za.
