My complaint:

I have informed Zoom several times that I do not wish to continue my subscription, but it continually presses me for payment for another year’s subscription. It does not respond to my explaining that I have ceased to use it’s subscription service for hosting zoom.

Suggested solution:

They should acknowledge my complaint, and cease to demand payment for a service I have informed zoom I no longer use.
