My complaint:

I SUBSCRIBED TO THE ZOOM MONTHLY PACKAGE OF $14.99 ON 25TH OF JUNE, 2021. I CANCELLED THE SUBSCRIPTION 2 DAYS TO ITS EXPIRATION. SURPRISINGLY, ON THE DATE OF EXPIRATION I GOT A DEBIT ALERT FOR THE RENEWAL OF THE SUBSCRIPTION I EARLIER CANCELLED.

Suggested solution:

I WANT AN IMMEDIATE REVERSAL OF THE DEBIT, AND MY ACCOUNT CREDITED ACCORDINGLY.
