My complaint:

I have a zoom Pro subscription for one month only i.e. form 6th April to 5th May 2020, I purchased only for one month. but, Zoom automatically charged for 2nd month also and money deducted without my information. when I came to know this i realized that this facility is auto debited. i immediately cancelled the subscription. I request herewith to return money deducted from my account (14.99 dollar) for 2nd month i.e. from 6th May to 5th Jun 2020.
