My complaint:
I set up and account with Zoom and paid a subscription fee on the 21 April 2020. Unfortunately I made an error in my email address and have been unable to use the service using my subscription. I have tried on so many occasions to get this resolved and the last communication I received from Zoom was on the 18 May 2020, 10 days ago.
Suggested solution:
They should fix the problem or refund my Paypal account so I can start from scratch with a new account but I don't want to commit any more money due to the poor customer support.
I am very disappointed and extremely frustrated.
