Zoom complaint: Zoom didn’t transfer back the money from payment cancellation for more a month

My complaint:

I cancelled my business subscription on 21 April 2021. Base on the invoice I received from Zoom, the subscription cancellation already received by Zoom per that day and there’s will be credit (payment deduction) base on my subscription plan cancellation. Base on invoice, the credit to my account amount is $-1,799.10. Unfortunately until today (June 4) there is no transfer to my credit card. I really need the credit money back to my credit card account because I don’t have enough money to pay my credit card bill if Zoom don’t transfer back the credit (money) to my credit card. Please send the credit money (base on bill revision) as soon as possible to my credit card number or I will get in trouble because I must pay high rate of interest to my credit card.

Please find attached all evidences needed to be your consideration to response on my request. I do really need the payment credit to be transferred back to my credit card account as soon as possible so I can avoid to pay a high rate of interest.

Suggested solution:

Transfer back the credit money from my cancellation plan.
