Zoom complaint: Double Payment on Zoom Pro package

My complaint:

On the 29th of July 2020 @ 11.17 am Nigerian time, I paid for a zoom pro package with my Standard Chartered Bank visa debit card and Zoom issued me a receipt- Invoice No: inv33524760. Account No:3003953023.
At about 23.56pm on the same July 29,2020 another deduction on zoom pro package was done on my account and no receipt was issued. I complained to my bank- Standard Chartered Nigeria but I was informed that the deduction was made by zoom.

Suggested solution:

I want a reversal of the second payment to my Account No: 0001093744, Standard Chartered Bank, Nigeria
