Complaint: Paid for Zoom Pro and am still on the Basic plan

My complaint:

I paid for Zoom Pro at the end of April and my credit card statement shows that the amount of Australian dollars deducted was @237.81 on April 27.

A receipt was not received and despite repeated attempts with Zoom I have received no satisfaction in resolving this issue.
