My complaint:

I’m writing you this mail as I’ve been having some issues regarding the duration of the meeting I’ve paid for.

Since I’ve registered on your website ( from last April 2020 ) I have been paying the option the ‘standard Pro monthly’ which has several services including the ‘24 hours duration’.

However I’ve never been able to finish any of my meetings as it always stopped after 40 minutes, which seems to be the ‘Free Basic Plan’ although I’ve chosen the ‘standard Pro monthly ‘ and paid every single month 13.99€ (14.99$) since April.

I’ve been using your platform from the beginning but unfortunately, this problem interfered with my business which made me loosing money from my work on top of paying you for a service which I’ve never had at the end.

Suggested solution:

I would like to get a refund, equal to the entire money I’ve transferred to you from day one for a service that I’ve never been able to get and which I believe I deserve.
