My complaint:
Attempted to remove the option of having the waiting room to allow my students to come into the class directly if they show up late for my Yoga classes. The tab for disabling the waiting room is greyed out. I have a PRO paid account. I had one of my students with a free account show me that she has the option to change this tab.
Suggested solution:
Resolve this I tried to chat with the tech support and the robot bot in the chat sends you in.a circle. And because you don't have a major business account they will not help you via phone support. I sent an email and they haven't responded a week later still I am waiting.. This is hurting me because I can't teach a yoga class and keep looking at the computer to see if students come in late.
