My complaint:

sdrnellai@gmail.com is our zoom id for this account last month for yearly subscription have automatically debited from our credit card then we have cancelled that but still now the payment has not revised to our credit card so pls kindly resolve our problem

Suggested solution:

REVAISE OUR PAYMENT TO OUR CREDIT CARD OTHERWISE ACTIVATE OUR YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION
