My complaint:
I am a Zoom normal user.I use zoom for my school purpose nowadays my exams are conducted through zoom but when I am switching on my video it is showing that my video is switched on but as I am going in the participant’s list it is showing my video if turned off and others in the meeting also cannot see me though I have enabled all permissions for Zoom.
Suggested solution:
Zoom company may tell me a way for resolving it through video or messages.
