My complaint:

On 11th July, I upgraded to business plan and got a bill of $54 but just after a week on 19th July, I again received a bill of $199.90. Mistakely, due to my poor knowledge for zoom plan upgrade knowledge, I processed for 10 hosts per months but still haven’t used this feature because I never need this. I am a low income student and cannot pay $199.90. I am being depressed with this payment in this lockdown and deactivated payment.
I am using this zoom account from Nepal and payment is done from India, delhi because I dont have direct access to pay bills in dollor ($).

Suggested solution:

Support me by returning $199.90 because this amount is nothing for you and everything for me. I am in problem with economic crisis.
