My complaint:

Sound quality of music played live is notably worse since recent update this week. Zoom has changed some settings. You can’t set original sound as a default. You must enable manually for each meeting. This is annoying. But worse, you can no longer completely disable background sound suppression, so guitar accompaniment sounds terrible (like it used to before original sound and disabling suppression). I’ve compared my videos between last week and this one, teaching the same songs. Last week sounds great. This week sounds bad. I can’t understand why Zoom made these changes. I’ve filed a complaint, but instead of listening to me, they just sent audio guides for a beginner. Waste of time. Of course I already do these things!

Suggested solution:

Return your audio settings and options to what they were prior to the recent update the week of August 24, 2020.
