My complaint:

The company claims that because of covid 19 they cant have real support for us people with regular accounts. All we have are useless chatbots that understand nothing and are no help with specific questions. Then they have their online resources, which again are no help with specific questions. So thanks to zoom I lost my school assignment that we recorded in a zoom meeting and I had no one to help me find it. I am very disappointed in zoom for caring so little about all of their users.

Suggested solution:

Fix their customer support. Start caring about all users. Not just the rich ones.

I’m having the same issue. I’ve applied to have my account verified twice and got no response. I ‘ve tried to contact zoom support but it seems that since I have a basic account, I can’t speak to an actual human being
