My complaint:
I purchased 2 pairs of pants online from Zara for my granddaughter for Christmas. I ordered one pair on 11/21/23 and the other 12/8/23. Iordered early so I could get the right size and color before they sold out. When she received them from me on December 30th, she needed the next size up. On January 6th I went to the store in person to exchange the pants with the receipt. I found the sizes I needed in the exact same pants and went up to the counter to exchange with the receipt! My request was denied. I was told i was past the 30 day return policy. I was forced to repurchase the pants for my granddaughters gift and am stuck with 2 pairs of pants that Zara’s wouldn’t take back as an EXCHANGE!
Suggested solution:
Take the 2 pairs back and refund my money.
